Taipei American School seeks a Cafeteria Supervisor for the 2026–27 school year.
Manage service lines, snack-bar operations and customer service; coordinate staff schedules and training; monitor stock and sales; maintain POS records, orders and settlements; and ensure food safety and HACCP compliance.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in hospitality, retail management, business or a food-related subject. At least five years in food service, retail or a related service industry, including at least two years in team leadership or store management. Fluent Mandarin, comfortable written and spoken English, strong customer service, leadership and spreadsheet/POS skills. Relevant food safety and service-management certifications preferred.
Twelve-month position. Schedule: 09:00–17:30 including a 30-minute lunch break, with flexibility for operational needs.
