Taipei American School seeks a Facilities Manager reporting to the Director of Operations.
Oversee housekeeping contractors, facilities staff, reservations, transportation services and the mailroom. Coordinate vendors, budgets, safety procedures and the food-service contractor, and contribute operational requirements to the school’s ERP facilities system.
Requirements: College graduate with at least five years of facilities-management experience, including supervision. A or B occupational health and safety manager certification required; Fire Safety Manager license is a plus. Advanced written and spoken English and native-level Mandarin, with strong vendor management, organization, communication and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of transportation and building safety requirements is needed.
Schedule: Monday–Friday 07:30–16:30 with a one-hour lunch break. Flexibility, overtime and after-hours calls may be required.
