Taipei American School seeks a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair school buildings and equipment, carry out preventive maintenance and assist with renovation projects and emergencies.
Requirements: At least two years of relevant experience in areas such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, air conditioning, pipe fitting or welding. Class B or Class C interior-wiring technician certification required. College or vocational training credentials are a plus. Strong problem-solving, communication and teamwork, with willingness to learn a broad range of maintenance tasks.
Schedule: Rotational and flexible shifts. The current school-year schedule is 08:00–17:00 including a one-hour lunch break; schedules are confirmed each year. Emergency work outside normal hours follows the school’s overtime approval and compensation procedures.
