Teachers should be comfortable performing on camera, using Total Physical Response methods, and committing to a consistent afternoon schedule. The role offers an immediate start after comprehensive training.
Classes are scheduled between 12:00–4:00 PM South Africa Standard Time, Monday through Sunday. Applicants must hold a tertiary qualification and a completed, accredited 120-hour TEFL, TESOL, TEYL, or CELTA certificate. At least two years of online English-teaching experience, computer literacy, a clear neutral English accent, and a clean criminal record are required.
Technical requirements include an Intel Core i5 or better computer with at least 8 GB RAM, 20+ Mbps fibre internet connected through a LAN cable, an HD webcam, noise-cancelling headset, UPS backup power, and a well-lit professional teaching space suitable for young learners.
