With a Christian spirit as our foundation, we practice childcare that addresses each child's individuality on a daily basis for their bright future. During childcare hours, we spend time with children in English.
We are committed to creating an environment that is a second home to the children. Our Japanese childcare staff and native English speaking staff work together to help each other.
●Working conditions (working hours, etc.)
8 hours between 9:00 and 18:00
Basically, working hours are fixed for one year.
●Specific Duties
Teach English using the school's teaching materials.
☆1year old Class :Teaching basic English words and phrases, colors, counting 1-5, homeroom teacher and caregiver, teach them basic manners and words like please, thank you, teach them daily routine things, washing hands etc, and social skills for their age group.
☆3 year old class, teaching sight words, phonics , train them for reading readiness, preapre craft projects, help them to devellop handskills, writing skills: holding a pencil, coloring etc, cutting with scissors, help and support them with personal needs and devellopment like washing hands, button and unbutton shirts, put on socks and shoes ect. , caregiver and homeroom teacher. teaching the 4-5 year class English with textbook in the afternoons.
☆In charge of after-class (on a commission basis)
You will be in charge of English class for elementary school students twice a week. 2,000 yen per lesson (90-minute lesson).
This is open to change in the second year of teaching, we can discuss more during our
interview time regarding this.
Salary increase once a year (April)
