The British School in Tokyo is seeking a full-time Secondary School Counsellor for January 2027. Reporting to the Deputy Principal, the counsellor will provide confidential counselling; address students' social, emotional and psychological needs; guide staff and parents; support safeguarding and wellbeing; evaluate counselling provision; facilitate external referrals; and help deliver community information sessions and workshops.
