The Really Great Teacher Company is recruiting bilingual EFL teachers who are native Spanish speakers with C1 or C2 English proficiency. Teachers deliver high-quality English instruction to adult beginner learners through group classes and private one-to-one sessions using a Spanish-support bilingual model. The position is fully remote, part-time, and begins immediately after recruitment and onboarding.
Teachers must provide at least 10 hours of weekly availability, including five peak-time hours. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree or higher, a TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent certificate unless their degree is in English Language Teaching, and at least two years of ESL teaching experience. Strong CEFR knowledge, professional written and spoken Spanish and English, and successful completion of a background check are required.
Technical requirements include an Intel Core i5 or better computer with at least 8 GB RAM, 20+ Mbps wired internet, a noise-cancelling headset, HD webcam, quiet dedicated workspace, and backup power where interruptions occur.
